A 10 mg vial of BPC-157 is usually mixed with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water. That gives you a concentration of about 5.00 mg/ml. At a 250 mcg dose, one 10 mg vial covers around 40 doses, taken 2x daily (morning and evening). BPC-157 is also commonly sold in 5mg vials, but this page focuses on the 10mg size. The calculator above is set to the 10 mg vial. Enter your target dose (anywhere from 200 to 500 mcg is typical) and it shows the exact number of units to draw on an insulin syringe. After mixing, keep the vial at 2-8°C refrigerated and finish it within 28 days. Unopened, a 10 mg vial stays good for up to 24 months. When you add the water, run it down the inside wall of the vial. Swirl, do not shake.
