A 5 mg vial of GHK-Cu is usually mixed with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water. That gives you a concentration of about 2.50 mg/ml. At a 200 mcg dose, one 5 mg vial covers around 25 doses, taken 1x daily. GHK-Cu is also commonly sold in 10mg and 50mg vials, but this page focuses on the 5mg size. The calculator above is set to the 5 mg vial. Enter your target dose (anywhere from 200 to 600 mcg is typical) and it shows the exact number of units to draw on an insulin syringe. After mixing, keep the vial at 2-8°C refrigerated and finish it within 21 days. Unopened, a 5 mg vial stays good for up to 24 months. When you add the water, run it down the inside wall of the vial. Swirl, do not shake.
